We deliver all of our cupcakes by special courier service to ensure that they reach you in the best possible condition. Our delivery service covers the whole of the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and Dublin only.

We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays or the two days after a public holiday, although we may be able to deliver on Saturdays by special request (an additional charge will apply).

The charges for delivery depend upon your location, the time of delivery, weight and volume. Please ensure that you select the correct location for delivery in the shopping basket to avoid delays.

If you order more than the number of boxes listed below the cupcakes will be sent by additional courier delivery and the charges will increase accordingly. If you buy a mixture of smaller and larger boxes there may be an additional courier delivery charge depending on volume.

The minimum lead time is two working days after receiving an order. For deliveries to locations outside mainland England & Wales and Scotland south of Dundee the delivery takes an extra day. Orders placed for delivery on a public holiday will be delivered within three or four working days after the holiday depending upon location.

For delivery of products which are not cupcakes, if these are purchased with cupcakes it will usually be possible to include them in the courier delivery charge. If purchased without cupcakes, products are usually sent by Royal Mail first class post and the price will vary according to weight. Some products include delivery in the price as indicated.

Due to its size and weight, the Acrylic Stand is sent by separate courier delivery between 8am and 6pm; the price includes this charge.
